RALLY SLIPS

All rally slips must be sent to the Rally Booking Officer. All holiday rally slips mus be accompanied by £10 per week (non-refunable) booking deposit. Please see individual rallies for specific details but the general rule is that the balance for any holiday rally must be paid at least 4 weeks before the start date of the rally. All cheques and postal orders to be made payable to Wolseley CCC with a stamp addressed envelope if a receipt is required. All prices quoted are approximate. Post-dated cheques are not accepted. A bank transfer is preferred, please contact rally booking officer for further details if required.

LIMITED RALLIES

A non-refundable deposit must be paid with your booking.  Your place is only guaranteed when your deposit is received.  If you are unable to attend a rally please let the Rally Booking Officer know in advance where possible.

CASH ONLY

The only method of payment at the rally is cash.

EXTRA ADULTS

A charge will be made for non-unit members attending rallies and staying in a member's unit. This applies to weekend rallies

VISITORS

Visitors will not be allowed into socials before 8pm, please ensure Stewards are made aware of visitors wanting to attend socials.

HOLIDAY RALLIES

Holiday Rallies run from Saturday to Saturday, there will be no entrance to the field before 10:30am or after 10pm. Bookings close four weeks before the rally commences. Any enquiries regarding your holiday or site MUST be made via the Rally Booking Officer and NOT the with the site directly.

CHILDREN

Parents are responsible for the actions of their children at all times; any damage caused must be paid for by their parents.

DRIVERS

Please adhere strictly to the 5mph speed limit on the rally field, the speed limit also applies to bicycles.

PET OWNERS

Please ALWAYS clear up after your pets.

PERSONAL GENERATORS

Are not allowed on Wolseley rallies, unless used for medical purposes, having first been agreed with the Rally Steward, for entertainment such as lighting, to power Club equipment etc., or in cases of extreme emergency.  Consultation with Rally Stewards is crucial and common sense should always be applied.
